Detached house. Late C18-mid C19. Random squared and dressed limestone. Left gable end brick. Red brick stacks. Artificial stone slate roof. Extensions either side of main body coursed squared and dressed limestone and brick. Left-hand extension with a slate roof, right-hand extension with a stone slate roof. Rectangular plan to main body extended by one bay at right gable end. Single storey extension at both gable ends. Main body 2 storeys and attic with 4 rendered C20 roof dormers with 4-centred arched 2-light casements. Similar single, 2 and 3-light casements to ground and first floors. C19 four-panel door at centre of main body with a projecting gabled canopy with stone slate roof supported on carved double brackets. Partially blocked window with keystone and blocked doorway also with a keystone to right of front door. Axial and gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
