Detached house. Late C18-early C19. Main body brick, extension at rear coursed squared and dressed limestone and brick. Concrete tile roof. Brick stacks. 'L'-shaped main body. C20 single-storey lean-to roof at rear not of special interest. Two storeys and attic lit by a single 3-light raking dormer. Three-bay, 2-windowed facade. All 3-light wooden casements within segmental-headed surrounds with slatted shutters. Unusual late C18-early C19 six- panel door (upper 2 panels now glazed) with raised margins to each panel within gabled C19 porch with half lattice-work sides and decorative barge board. Blocked 2-light segmental-headed window over porch. Mansard roof to main body and.single-storey extension at rear. Stack at front left-hand corner and gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
