A Grade II* Listed Building in Ruabon, Wrexham

The photo of the rear right of the property was taken from the rear to be able to get the portico section in shot. The front of the house looks completely different what is seen here. Apparently, the stone extension is Victorian according to this website, but for some reason was restored in 2001, but how it came into disrepair, and to what extent of disrepair there was, is unknown. I am a building surveyor, and was lucky enough to visit the property to inspect it.
