Taken 14/08/2025 from the Southeast. Two things have happened, Magpie Lane is now called Sedgwick Lane. The building is now called Hillier Cottage, as per the name plate on the gate and Royal Mail post code database. Big garden centre next door is owned by Hillier's. At the back of that is Huxley's Bird of Prey Centre, well worth a visit.
