RUSHWICK CP UPPER WICK SO 85 SW 3/125 Manor House 29.7.59 - II House. Early C19 with earlier C18 remains. Brick in Flemish bond with hipped tile roof. Two storeys with attic, five bays. Storey band. Windows are boxed sashes with glazing bars. Two attic dormers. Doorway, in middle bay, has round head with Gothick fanlight, and a Tuscan pilaster doorcase with open pediment. Chimneys at left and in front of ridge to right of third bay. Variations in brick type suggest that the eaves have been raised and the windows altered, probably in the early C19. Adjoining to the left are three lower bays, with a further two bays to their left.
