II
(Previously also known as High Hundhouse). House C17, with considerable later alterations and extensions. Roughcast rendered walls, graduated slate roof, 3 massive round chimney stacks. 2 storeys. Central 2-storey porch, probably C19 addition, with 2 C19 timber mullioned windows, with iron opening lights and lead cames, to either side; 5 windows above. Early C20 extension to right with bay window and external staircase. Interior has late C17 or early C18 staircase with turned balusters, C19 fireplaces and joinery, some C17 panelled doors, cupboard in bedroom with initials and date IF 1724, spice cupboard with plain door.
