Lobby entry plan with rear wing. Two storeys and garret with half-hipped roof and stacks to centre left and to rear. Two 3 light and 2 two light leaded wooden casements on 1st floor, and 4 leaded wooden case- ments on ground floor, 2 to right in lean-to with half glazed door. Return ele- vation with single garret light, 3 light 1st floor and 4 light ground floor case- ments. Rear wing of 1 storey and attic, with gambrel roof and raking dormers and irregular ground floor casements.
