House, later C18, with inserted shops. Yellow brick with stone rusticated quoins and dressings. Pantiled roof with six rooflights inserted. Two storeys. Four windows, replaced sashes under stone lintels carved as voussoirs and key. Modern shops and door. Modern windows to rear. Included for group considerations despite extensive alteration.
