Former coach house, now private house. Early C18 with late C20 left addition. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings, and coursed rubble lower courses. Returns rendered. Roof synthetic tiles. 2 storeys, 6 windows. All doors and windows renewed. 6-panel door in 3rd bay in raised stone surround with plinths and impost bands and round head with large elongated key. Similar surround to glazed door in 5th bay. Sill and impost bands to windows with 9-pane fixed lights and radiating top glazing bars in raised stone surrounds to heads which rest on impost band and have triple keys, the central similar to those over doors. First-floor 9-pane lights on sill band also have triple keys which rise to eaves. Bands continued across C20 left extension. Hipped roof has swept eaves. Right return has blocked vehicle arch.
