Two houses. c1775. Brick with tile roof and brick end stacks. 3 storeys; symmetrical 2-window range. Top modillioned brick cornice. Paired central segmental-headed entrances, that to left with 4-panel door. Windows have wooden sills and casements. Rear is blind, with short gable wing. Built as part of the development of Stone following the building of the Trent and Mersey Canal, 1772. Included for group value.
