Miller's house, now private dwelling. c1760; altered. Graduated coursed squared sandstone rubble, felted stone slate roof, brick chimney. L-plan formed by 2-unit main range on roadside, with wing on opposite side. Two low storeys; entrance in re-entrant of rear wing, with C20 glazed porch; one 3-light casement on each floor to left of this, and one similar window on each floor of gable of main range, all these windows with raised sills and most with rectangular lintels. Gable chimney to wing; side-wall chimney to main range, and to rear of this one small window at ground floor and 2 casements above; another chimney at further gable. Forms group with remains of former windmill (qv).
