Cottage, stable or store, and small house in one row. Late C18 and early-to-mid C19; altered. Graduated coursed squared sandstone, stone slate roofs on 2 levels, brick chimneys. The dwellings both double-depth and double-fronted, and the stable or store forms a one-bay link between them. No.65 and the stable or store to its right are 2 low storeys under one roof, 2+1 windows; the cottage, which is almost symmetrical, has a plain doorway with board door, 2 large square windows at ground floor with C20 transomed 6-light casements, two 3-light casements above, and an old brick chimney at the left gable; the stable or store has a blocked square-headed waggon entrance with a wooden lintel and inserted 4-pane window, a board door to the right, and a blocked square loading door above. No.67 to the right, 2 higher storeys and 2 windows, symmetrical, has a round-headed doorway with imposts and keystone (and an altered door and fanlight), sashed windows with raised sills and wedge lintels, all 4-paned except that to the left of the door which has a plain lower leaf; and end-wall chimneys. Rear altered. Brick privy attached to the rear of the stable.
