House, 1860s. Stucco with slate roof. 3 storeys with basement, 3 bays, 1st floor sill band and entablature; top bracketed cornice. Rusticated quoin strips. Windows have flat architraves and are sashed, no glazing bars; those to 3rd bay are tripartite. Windows to ground floor have bracketed cornices, those to 1st floor have friezes and cornices. Entrance has Ionic porch and 4-panel door. Additional one-storey bay to right has bow with entrance and 2 windows; iron balustrade.
