House, now in use as shop with accommodation above. c1800. Brick with plain-tiled roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-window range. Inserted late C19 shop front to ground floor, with raised panelled pilasters and consoles to fascia (itself apparently renewed). Narrow passage entry to right. Upper windows are 12-pane sashes with painted stone voussoir heads; blind painted central window in round-arched recess. 9-pane sash windows with similar heads to attic storey. Moulded stone eaves. End wall stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
