The locks before the footbridges were built and the arches converted into bars and clubs. The figure in the photo is my father-in-law, now deceased. He wouldn't mind being pictured here!
I expect this contravenes the guidelines, but to remove him would also contravene them. But your site has nothing which predates the building development.
