Late C18 inn, altered, with rear wing. Local brown brick rendered to first floor height in street facade. Steeply pitched slate roof with tumbled parapet gable to south-west with end stack. Two first floor flush-framed hung sash windows with four panes. Central blind window. Two-light hung sash window to left hand of recessed doorway with modern panelled door. A.A.
