Farmhouse, offices at time of listing. Mid C17. Timber frame. Cased in painted brick and stucco C18-19. Plain tile roof with central ridge stack of six joined shafts, mostly renewed. T-plan with lobby entrance. Two storeys. Three windows. Front has outer three-light and central two-light leaded casements in original metal frames. Central C19 door with glazed pane, moulded frame and flat hood.

Interior with exposed chamfer-stopped beams. Rear central staircase, the landing with tall slat balusters. Two-storey contemporary rear projection flanked by lean-to ranges. Good three-light casements to rear ground floor.
