2. 1900. One and 2 storeys. long, irregular composition under a series of 6 strongly-curved Dutch gables, the right-hand gable curved on inner edge only. Red brick, terra-cotta tile dressings. Moderately low pitched, slate roofs. All windows are casements, with T-shaped wood mullion with transom, recessed under segmental, gauged red brick arches with keystones shaped like square urns with raised covers and ball finials. Stone cills. Terra-cotta panels in gables, some bearing monogram: "N & C". Flat buttresses between gabled sections; brick plinth.

Doorcase of gingerbread-coloured, glazed tile with serpentine, scrolled, open pediment over break-front cornice supported on consoles which rest on modified Corinthian capitals with green and cream coloured tile. Green and cream also the floral patterns in panelled pilasters beneath the capitals, and in spandrels of round-arched door opening with plain architrave and scrolled keystone. Cornice head over door of 6 sunk panels. One-storey, one window extension to left front with subsidiary entrance. SUTTON STREET No 3 shall be amended to read SUTTON ROAD No 3
