Marked as Manor House on 6in O.S. map. Manor House. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Concrete tile on front roof pitch, stone slate at rear, ashlar stacks. Early C17, mid-late C17 and C19. Rectangular early C17 main body with projecting porch. Mid- late C17 range at rear with 2-storey porch-like projection on south. Lean-to projection on north C19 range at gable end of mid- late C17 range. Symmetrical, 3-windowed, 2½ storey facade with gabled 2½ storey porch. Four-light stone-mullioned casements with ovolo-moulded mullions and king mullions, to ground floor. Three- light ovolo-moulded stone-mullioned casements to first floor either side of porch. Two-light stone-mullioned casement over front door. Two-light stone-mullioned casement with stopped hood lighting porch gable and Cotswold dormers either side. Windows lighting facade replaced C19. Continuous dripmould between ground and first floors. C19 plank door within a segmental-headed surround with carved spandrels to porch. Left gable end; two C17 two-light ovolo-moulded stone-mullioned casements. C19 three-light ovolo- moulded stone-mullioned casement to ground floor. Gabled projecting porch-like extension lit by 2-light ovolo-moulded casements, overlapping mid C17 range, left. Mid-late C17 wing left; 3-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements to ground and first floors. Two Cotswold dormers lit by double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements to attic. Similar dormers on north front of the range. Interior; open fireplace with bressumer. Semi-circular curing chamber area to one side of fireplace. Flat-chamfered Tudor-arched fireplace.
