2. Probably early C17. Timber-frame house much altered and faced in red brick in late C19. Steep tiled roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack off centre with Cl9 porch in front. Parapet. Two storeys and attic. Late Cl9 three-light casement with dripmoulds. Three late Cl9 gabled dormerS. late Cl9 gabled cross wing on west end and additions at rear (north). Interior: stop chamfered ceiling beams. On moated site, the moat north of house is filled in.
