Semi-detached pair, part of a planned layout. Built in 1919. Sandstone snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. First floor timber-framed with close studding and plaster infill. Hipped roof covered with Horsham stone slabs. Central tall ribbed brick stack with some sandstone to base. Two storeys; 2:1 windows. Ground floor has four-light stone mullions. First floor has four-light timber mullions and tall two ties staircase window. Central round-headed stone niche to ground-floor with cherub holding sundial. Stone crest above with the letter C with a crown and date 1919. Doorcases in side have flat hoods and brackets.
