Description

Mid-19th century, regular two-storey and attic, three-bay pair of terraced houses. Constructed in snecked cream sandstone. Windows to each bay and panelled doors with letterbox fanlights at ground floor between bays (the right-hand door is a non-traditional replacement). The upper windows are set close to the roof eaves. There is a piend-roofed slate-hung timber dormer to the left. Regular three-bay rear elevation.

The windows have 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case frames. The dormer has a casement window. The roof is covered in grey slates.

Statement of Interest

Forms a group with the Masonic Hall (listed at category C, LB35505) and the Police Station (listed at category C, LB35504).
