Terrace of 4 houses. c1817-22 and c1868 (Nos 11 & 12). Nos 11 & 12: yellow brick, low pitched slate roofs with dormer; Nos 13 and 14: amber brick (No.14 painted), low pitched, hipped slate roofs, separately hipped over outer entrance bays. Nos 11 & 12; 2 storeys, attic and basement, 2 bays each. No.11 has stucco prostyle porch with square columns; canted bay window on both floors to right bay; flat, gauged-brick arches to sash windows. No.12 has set back door behind plain segmental-arched opening. Ground-floor window in round-arched recess resting on basement plinth; cambered, gauged-brick arches to sash windows. Steps with cast-iron railings to doors. Nos 13 & 14; 2 storeys and basement, 2 bays each. No 13 has steps with cast-iron railings up to segmental-arched entrance, door recessed with fluted pilaster jambs and blank, round-arched flanking niches. Ground-floor window in round-arched recess resting on basement plinth. No.14 has stucco prostyle porch with square columns and added canted bay window to ground floor and basement. Cambered, gauged-brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron area railings. Included for group value with Nos 5-24 (consec) (qqv).
