Outer single 2 up, 2 down cottages and central single pair of one up, one down back to back cottages. 2 storeys plus garret, 7 bays. Having from left to right a doorway with plank door, a single tripartite glazing bar casement, a single small glazing bar casement, a similar doorway and door, 2 similar tripartite casements and a similar doorway and door. All apart from the small casement under segmental arches. Above are 3 glazing bar casements in enlarged openings being originally segmental arched glazing bar casements. The only remaining range of cottages in this complex built specifically to house the workers of the adjacent framework knitters' workshops. Single cottage occupied shortly after completion by the knitter, Samuel Parker, the buildings later purchased by his son William, also a knitter, but later a hosier. A further generation of the Parker family occupied the site, vacating it in 1929.
