Farm house. c1700. Red brick, black glazed pantiles. 2 storey with attics, 5 bays, service wing at north forming 'L' on plan. Ground floor casement windows with plate glass panes. First floor 5 2-light wooden framed casements with lead glazing bars. 4 panel door c.1900 under rectangular plate glass fanlight with wooden brackets and simple pedimented canopy. Ground floor and first floor openings under flat rubbed brick arches, with central keystones to ground floor only. Ground floor plinth, first floor platband. Wooden modillion eaves cornice. Steeply pitched hipped roof with 2-light casement dormer with leaded panes to east only. Rear eaves stack only. Rear wing red brick, red pantiles. Ground floor wooden casement windows, first floor 3 2- light casements with leaded panes. One ridge stack. Central pile with dog leg staircase with common newel to attic, unturned balusters, moulded dado and handrail. Ground floor room at west with wooden moulded doors, overdoors and cornice.
