TG 00 NE RUNHALL CHURCH LANE Coston 3/65 Church of St. Michael II*
Former parish church, now redundant. Mainly C13. Flint with ashlar dress- ings and shallow-pitched pantile and slate roofs. West tower, aisleless nave with south porch and chancel. 3-stage west tower with short angle buttresses, Y-traceried bell-openings and a C15 crenellated parapet with flushwork. 4 lancet windows to nave with a continuous moulded stringcourse in line with the sills. Hood-moulds with carved label-stops to south pair of windows. 4 lancet windows to chancel and a late medieval 3-light flat- headed window in partially rebuilt east wall. C16 brick and flint south porch with some diaper-patterned brickwork.
