Two houses, now one. Probably early C18, altered mid C19 for William Mackworth-Dolben and C20. Regular coursed and squared coursed ironstone and limestone with pantile roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range of C20 casements, that at first floor centre has original wood lintel and small C19 gable over with trefoil above window. C20 door to left. Stone stacks with ashlar cornices to ridge and end. Interior not inspected.
