Two houses now house and office. Mid C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered brick with slate roof. Originally one- and 2-unit plans. 2 storeys. Together comprising a 3-window range. No.44 has a 6-panelled part-glazed door with moulded wood surrounds and sash windows with glazing bars. No.45 has a central door and casements at ground floor and 2 sashes with glazing bars at first floor. Interior not inspected. Brick stacks at ridge and end. Included for group value.
