Cottages, now house. Late C17; two-bay C18 extension to left. Coursed limestone rubble; thatched roof; brick stacks. Built as two single-unit cottages with later C18 single-unit cottage to left. One storey and attic; 6-window range. Timber lintel over early C19 four-panelled door to right, segmental brick arch over blocked door. C20 casement to left of C17 house, timber lintel over blocked door to C18 extension. Concrete lintel, timber lintels and brick soldier arch over C20 casements; two half-dormers have C20 casements. Half-hipped roof; ridge stack, previously end stack of C17 house, and left gable end stack. Segmental brick arches over C20 casements to right gable wall. Interior: Room to right has chamfered and stopped beam and stone bressumer over open fireplace; remodelled stairs in original position adjoining stack. Room to centre has chamfered beam and two C19 cupboards adjoining fireplace. First floor has C18 plank door. Roof to left of stack remodelled in C20; roof to right of stack has collar truss with butt purlins and original straw and mud daubed under the thatch.
