The eastern half is an early Cl9 addition in matching materials. 2 parallel ranges. The ground floor is roughcast and the 1st floor is tile-hung. 2 storeys. 8 windows.
No 9 & 11 form a group with all the listed buildings on the east side of Smallhythe Road from Nos 1 to 17.
