Non-conformist chapel. Dated 1847. Red brick, with paler brick headers, in Flemish bond and hipped slate roof 2 bays. Central brick porch with C20 door which has fanlight and round-arched head. Chapel has sash windows with round-arched heads. Plinth with chamfered grey sandstone top and moulded sandstone string course at level of springing of window arches with square blocks where it meets gauged brick heads of windows and carried over window arches as hood moulds. Stepped and chamfered brick eaves. Sandstone panel above porch inscribed WESLEYAN/METODIST/CHAPEL/1847. Sunday school extension to left dated 1896 is not of special architectural interest.
