ST IPPOLLITTS ST. IPPOLLITTS VILLAGE TL 1927 9/71 The Foundry House - GV II
House. Mid C19. Grey brick with plastered soffit to wide overhang of steep hipped slate roof. A 2-storeys, 2-cells, central passage, double-pile, end-chimneys plan house, on roadside, facing N. N front symmetrical with 2 windows to each floor, central recess of same size over former central doorway now a window. Recessed sash window with 6/6 panes and flat gauged buff brick arches on both floors. C20 small rear and W side extensions. Foundary established a century ago. Included for group value.
