CASTLE CAMPS OLMSTEAD GREEN ROAD TL 64 SW (South east side) 10/71 Olmstead Hall 6V II

Cottage. C16, altered and extended in C18. Timber framed plaster rendered and tiled roof, gabled. Internal chimney stack to west of ridge and C18-C19 stacks at gable ends. C18 domestic addition at rear forms an L-plan. One storey and attic. Three donners. Four hung sashes, including two on either side of doorway with twenty panes. C19 doorcase with narrow hood on scroll brackets. At the rear C18 addition with mansard roof. Inside: heavy joists to ceiling in room at south end. At first floor raised tie beam with shaped bracing. On a moated site.
