Early C18 L-plan farmhouse, the front range probably incorporating C17 three bayed and lobby entry timber framed house. Red brick with slate roof, tiled to rear range. C17 red brick ridge stack survives from the original house on the site. Two storeys and attics and of five window bays, with the centre bay now blocked. At each corner of the road elevation are two pilasters with rubbed brick capitals and bases. Segmental arches and open boxing to four early C18 hung sashes with glazing' bars at first floor. Four similar arches and surrounds to C19 hung sashes with vertical glazing bars at ground floor. Central doorway with four panelled door and two small glazed upper panels. Gabled stair-turret in angle at rear. Two original casements with diamond leaded lights. Inside there are two sealed inglenook hearths and a newel staircase with flat section balusters.
