Detached villa. c.1840. Smooth rendered and painted, low pitched slate roof. Symmetrical Regency front in two-storey square bays and recessed centre; three windows. 16-pane sash over 12-pane, all with a vermiculated keystone. Central glazed portico on reeded pilasters and with radial fanlight in square opening and fanlight over inner door. Plinth, plat band, strip quoins alternately plain and vermiculated, deep box eaves. Paired octagonal stacks to right and left, and second pair to right. Returns have two-light glazing-bar casements at first floor level.
