T-plan. 3 storeys. 3 windows, all 2-light moulded mullions, ground floor mullions missing, central door like all windows under floating cornice, lower gabled rear wing has 3-light window and tall side stack. Interior inaccessible, building virtually so. Empty and decaying at time of survey (October, 1985).
