Formerly house, now part of Giggleswick School. Early c18 with early C19 and 1930s alterations. Squared rubble, limestone dressings, slate roof. Originally central staircase plan. Garden front: tripartite composition. Central two storeys three bays with recessed two storeys two bays wings. Central entrance has eared architrave, six panel door and eight pane rectangular fanlight. Console brackets support round pediment; pulvinated frieze with lion's mask and foliate carving. Flanking ground floor windows each has moulded architrave , pulvinated frieze and broken round pediment ; 18 pane sashes. Three first floor windows similar but with 15 pane sashes and triangular pediments. Projecting chamfered quoins. Round-headed pediment to gable with three attic windows in tympanum: single central light with moulded architrave and 24 pane sashes flanked by two oculi. Left and right-hand ridge stacks. Hipped wings to left and right each have two windows per storey, moulded architraves; 18 pane sashes to ground floor and 15 panes to upper floor. Upper floor string course. Projecting chamfered quoins. Moulded eaves cornice. Right- and left-hand fluted rainwater heads inscribed T B (T Banker) 1787. 1930s extension to left, two storeys, seven bays. Right-hand return. Ground floor windows retain early C18 sashes with 36 panes.

Interior: early C19 dog-leg staircase. Dog-leg servants' stairs retain early C18 closed string turned balusters and grip handrail to attic. Kitchen retains early C18 fireplace with huge overmantle, fluted capitals. A similar treatment of five bay pediment of 1707 at Brizlincote Hall, Bretby, Derbyshire.
