2 flats, formerly house. Early C19. Red sandstone ashlar on chamfered plinth and raised quoins with V-shaped joints. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Top glazed 6-panel door in moulded architrave with pulvinated frieze and projecting moulded cornice; flanking flights of stone steps to entrance. Ground floor double sash windows with glazing bars in raised stone surrounds; similar upper floor windows are 2-pane sashes. Included partly for G.V. with George House.
