ZENNOR BOSIGRAN SW 43 NW 3/292 Bosigran Cottage - GV II House. C18, eaves heightened and extended in the C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Scantle slate roof. Original dressed granite chimney over left-hand gable end, later brick chimney over right-hand gable end and external chimney at gable of single-storey rear wing. Plan: Original 2 room house at the front with cross passage between the rooms, wider room right probably originally the hall/kitchen. In the C19 a wide but shallow kitchen wing was added at right angles to the rear. Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 3 window south front with doorway left of middle with C20 door. Wider ground floor window openings. All with circa late C19 horned sashes. Interior: not inspected. Part-of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set in the ancient field system of this part of Cornwall.
