ROMALDKIRK THE GREEN NY 9922 (South side) April Cottage 29/153 II GV

Shown on O.S. map as Low Green. Cottage. Late C18-early C19. Squared snecked sandstone; stone-flagged roof and stone chimney stacks.

2 storeys, 3 bays with tooled quoins. Central replaced door and overlight in tooled surround. Blank bay above door. Replaced 12-pane sashes with projecting sills. Roof with coped gables. End stacks with top ledges and water tables.

C20 2-storey rear addition not of special interest.
