House. Dated in black headers 1744 on right hand gable. Brick. Pantile roof. Rectangular in plan with contemporary continuous outshut and further range to rear. Facade of 5 bays, 2 storeys and attic. Rusticated quoins. Sash windows with thick glazing bars; flat gauged brick arch, moulded brick hood and keystone to ground floor windows. Central doorcase with brick pilasters, flat brick arch with keystone; painted dentilled pediment probably of brick. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels, beaded muntin. Rustication between door surround and first floor rusticated window. First floor sashes with keystones, that to the centre bay having a moulded flat arch. Brick dentil eaves cornice. Kneelered parapet gable with stone ball finials to kneelers. 3 dormer sashes with moulded timber pediments. Gable end stacks. Outshut to rear now with C19 casements cutting 2 larger part- blocked openings with elliptical heads and keystones. Interior. Open well staircase with alternate twisted and column painted balusters, a pair per tread; ramped handrail; open string with plain tread ends. 6 panel doors. Southrepps Hall item No.3/51 q.v.
