Detached house and adjoining former carriage store, now garage. Mid c18. Brick with stone plinth and dressings. Cotswold stone slate roof, brick end stacks. U-shape, originally 2 separate front and rear ranges linked by a covered passage probably during C19. 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows, 4-pane C19 sashes with moulded stone architrave and triple keystone. 2 similar on ground floor with central doorcase with moulded dentil cornice projecting forward over central triple keystone and side consoles. C20 door with 6 fielded panels and semi-circular radial fanlight, up 2 large semi-circular stone steps. 3 gabled dormers with plain pediments and 4-pane sashes. Stone sill band on ground floor, plat band between floors, panelled pilaster strips and moulded cornice, with small brick parapet. Interior retains much original joinery including fine open well stair. Former carriage store has rendered front on brick, with single large curved gable with moulded edge and hipped pantile roof to rear. Double carriage arch with curved timber lintel and double timber doors, and 3 round keyed oculi in gable over.
