Farmhouse. Dated 1779 with mid-C17 origins and C20 alterations. Rendered, painted stone dressings, slate roof. Central staircase plan. Two storeys, double fronted. Central entrance has plain surround; C20 door. Two two-light windows per storey have chamfered mullions; sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor slate dripmould, Central upper floor datestone inscribed HM (Henry Maudsley)'. Rear includes C17 former two- light chamfered mullioned window, mullion now missing.
