Dwelling. Late C17. Painted rubble, Welsh slate roof. Small property, but
in two sections, left half includes timber framed wall at back with 4-light
casement, and large stack. To street, 1½ storey left, one-windowed, 2-light
casement and small dormer; 2 storey, right, one-windowed small bow and 2-
light casement, stable-type door. Although modified, this property is of
value historically, and is an important visual 'stop' to the run of buildings
on this side of Church Square.
