House. c1840. Stucco, with Ham Hill stone dressings; slate roof with brick stack to right gable end and stone stacks positioned on gable copings, all with moulded kneelers. T-shape plan with rear extension to right. 2 storeys with attic to crosswing on left; one-window range. Main building is 2 storeys, 2-window range. All windows, except to ground floor main block, are under labelled hoodmoulds in chamfered surrounds; 2-lights to gable and above door, 3-lights to right of main block, single light in apex of gable. Double doors with long glazed panels with Tudor arches to tops and square panels below, divided into 3 small Tudor-arched panels, are set in angle to right of main block. Full-height 3-light window with transom below 3-light one above. Semi-glazed loggia to main block coming forward to line of cross-wing, supported by 4 pairs of square cast-iron columns and a single one attached to cross wing. These are hollow with pointed-arched open panels to each side and chamfered square cornices and plain chamfered square plinths. INTERIOR: inspection not permitted but noted as having C19 Tudor-style doors and mouldings.
