House. Early C16 2-bays house, C18 red brick casing and N bay. Timber frame, red brick casing with random blue headers. Steep old red tile roof. Originally a 2 storeys, 2 bays house with side jetty on E and large internal S gable chimney. C18 2 storeys brick N part added with external gable chimney and rear contemporary brick casing and underbuilding of jetty of older part. Internal chimney of middle bay C19. E front has 3 windows to each floor. Flush lattice leaded casements of 3-lights with central iron opening light on 1st floor and segmental arches and 4:2:3 lights on ground floor, panelled door with hood on brackets into N part. Phoenix fire insurance plaque above door. Interior has jowled posts, double curved braces to tie-beam, and clasped-purlin wind braces. Flat joists and heavy chamfered floor beams. (KLLHMS report 1978 in NMR).
