GV II Farmhouse, now house. Late C17, with possible earlier origins in wing to right; mid C19 extension to front right; restored in 1920s. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone slate roofs: stone ashlar ridge and right end stacks, early C20 stack to rear left and C17 stone internal stack to rear. 3-unit plan with cross-wing to left, and extensions to right making T-plan. 2 storeys; 4-window range, with gabled outer wings. To centre are timber lintel over early C19 six-panelled (2 glazed) door with carved brackets to flat hood, and early C20 three-light casements with glazing bars; 2 gabled roof dormers. Gabled outer bays have timber lintels over similar 2-light casements and one-light window to right. To rear, stair-turret flanked by 2-storey wings with late C17 chamfered wood attic light to left; early C19 one-storey service wing of similar materials with ashlar ridge stack to rear right. Interior: central hall has late C17 bolection-moulded fireplace, late C17 chamfered beam, and early C20 elm-wood winder stairs to rear; on first floor, chamfered beams and C18 and early C20 panelled doors to rear gallery; chamfered beam to right, and late C17 chamfered post to adjoining partition. Collar-truss roof with butt purlins.
