Offices. Mid C19, with C20 alteration. Pink and cream mottled brick, front in Flemish bond, rear and left side in English garden-wall bond; painted plinth, doorcase, quoins and dressings. Timber eaves band to pantile roof, with brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window front. 5 steps up to left-of-centre panelled double doors with overlight in quoined surround with flat arch of stepped voussoirs. Ground-floor windows are 12-pane sashes with painted stone sills over sunk panels. On first floor, windows have 6-pane upper sashes over single-pane lower sashes, and sillband. Raised first-floor band. Moulded flat eaves band. 2 inserted dormers in attic.
