2. C18 refronting of C17 house. Formerly one house. 2 storeys and attic. White washed brick with occasional header courses. Stone plinth. No 15 has treble Roman pantile roof over moulded wood cornice. No 15A with mansard old tile roof. 3 ridge brick chimneys. No 15: 2 sash windows, 5 panes wide, flanking central window, 4 panes wide, on 1st floor. On ground floor 2 windows, single hung to right, 5 panes wide on ground floor, plaster-cast heads struck above centre. Central 6 panel door, top panels glazed, with flat wood hood on cut brackets. No 15A: Central coupled attic sash window; one glazing bar sash window on 1st floor, and modern half-glazed door with side light under, secondary door to through passage on right. Interior massive oak timbers in roof with corner braces and oak staircase having panelled dado. 'T' plan "Weavers" extension: 2 storeys, 3+2 windows on 1st floor. Red brick with dentil band over ground floor. Various kinds of windows on ground floor. Triple Roman tiles and 1 chimney. Linked to house by quadrant hood to doorway. The interior of extreme interest: 3+3 bays divided by large jointed-cruck type trusses. 3 open to 1st floor and 3 as garret (one having wind braces).
