Town house, now wine bar. c1820s. Granite ashlar front, dry Delabole slate roof with 1 hipped roof dormer, stuccoed end stack on the left. Double-depth plan with 1 room at the front and former carriageway on the left. 2 storeys plus attic over basement; 2-window range to front. Wide elliptically-arched doorway, on the left, with C20 glazed doors and sidelights; widened opening, on the right, with C20 tripartite sash; round-arched doorway with 6-panel door and plain fanlight, far right; mid-floor string, shallow segmental arches with projecting keyblocks over 16-pane sashes to first floor: original hornless sash, on the left, horned copy on the right. INTERIOR not inspected.
